Commercial Water Damage Restoration in Surrey
Newton and Port Kells bays, plus retail on 104 Avenue and King George. A shared wall or a flat roof puts two tenants in one loss.
Surrey commercial floors are concrete, and the roofs over them are flat. A blocked drain becomes a ceiling that is also the roof. A domestic line in a demising wall wets two units and both leases. The tenant who wants the bay producing tomorrow still has a slab that reads wet under the racking.
We write both units into the file when the water crossed. Stock on pallets comes up the first hour. Wet cardboard left at grade wicks back down and undoes the extraction.
Newton industrial bay under a ponding roof drain
The ceiling leak in a one-storey bay is the roof until we see a pipe. We name the drain, open the wet lid, and size the air to the slab, not to a bedroom. One small dehumidifier is a gesture in a bay this size.
Production at the dry end can often continue if the wet zone is taped off and the forklift path stays clear of the equipment. The wet slab cannot hold product.
Port Kells demising wall after a line failed between units
The neighbour is part of the scope when the failure is in the shared wall. We photograph both faces we can enter, and we record the unit we could not. Landlords on this corridor usually want daily numbers, not a handshake at the end.
Insulation in that wall comes out if it is wet. The new pipe is a plumber's. The open cavity and the dry-down are ours, on both sides we are allowed into.
King George retail stock lifted before the slab is covered again
Street retail here has less square footage and more finished floor than a Port Kells bay. Coverings that seal a wet slab come up. Merchandise is listed before it is discarded. Guildford plazas with the same retail mix get the night start, because the morning unlock is not optional for the tenant.
We will not guess a reopen time against concrete that is still wet. The log is the schedule.
Whalley two-tenant file when one supply crossed the wall
One loss, two spaces. Photos of both. A single narrative that only describes the unit that called leaves the neighbour's stock out of the record, and that stock is often the argument.
If the second key is coming in the morning, we dry the unit we have and we flag the wall as unfinished. Starting over because nobody looked next door is the expensive version.
