Ladner floors
Tile hides water. The covering comes up, the slab gets mats and dehumidification, and finishes return on a meter. Village fir upstairs is a different material and often salvageable when the loss was a supply line. Groundwater at the slab edge is documented as what it is, because that file is not a burst-pipe file.
North Delta walls
Basement laminate swells from the outside wall. Wet insulation on the hill foundation comes off. The concrete is dried with air aimed at it. Older laterals that backed up are a dirtier restore: more removal, then the same dry. We do not blend those photos.
Tsawwassen tops of houses
Wind-driven rain at a window head or a gable wets the ceiling at an outside wall. We open that bay, remove insulation, and rebuild after. It is a smaller footprint than a North Delta basement and a fussier finish because the stain is in a lived-in top floor.
Tilbury, village retail, the bluff shops
Industrial bays and retail in Ladner village and Tsawwassen take flat roofs and water at the door. Restoration is the slab, the contents list, and the roof or grade note. A shop on grade does not get a basement method.
